Ongoing Programs of PEF

1. “Capacity Development for Pro-Poor Private Sector-Led-Growth through Enhancing Corporate Governance”, a Japan-UNDP partnership project.

Sub-Components:

  • Monitoring & Evaluation of the Corporate Governance Section APRM National Program of Action;
  • Training Seminars for Journalist in Financial Journalism;
     
  • Training for Directors of Companies in Corporate Governance;
  • Review of the Official Liquidation Act, 1963 (Act 180);
     
  • Training for SMEs in Financial Management;
     
  • Training Seminars for SMEs in Identifying Markets;
     
  • Development of a unified Code of good Corporate Governance guidelines.
     

 

2. "Advocating the establishment of a National Agricultural Fund in Ghana to support agricultural producution", a Business Sector Advocacy Challenge [BUSAC] funded project.


3. "Empowering Farmer-Based Organizations", a Center for International Private Enterprise [CIPE] funded project.
